Fiesta red colors

Red is the color Fiesta launched with in 1936 and the one it keeps returning to: ten of them since, more than any family except green. A saturated red is the hardest color on a table to ignore, and the association with appetite and occasion runs deep enough in Western table setting that a red plate reads as celebration before you have put anything on it. Fiesta's reds have covered an unusually wide range, from the near-black Cinnabar to the soft, almost pink Peony, so "red" here spans a formal Christmas table and a summer picnic equally. Scarlet and Peony are the two in production now.

Fiesta has used 10 red glazes since 1936, starting with Red and most recently Peony in 2022. 2 are in production today: Scarlet, Peony. They run from Rose at the light end to Cinnabar at the dark end; Scarlet has had the longest run of any red.
